C.Y. - Oakland, CA

While walking across the street, I was hit by an electric scooter. When I realized what had happened to me, the scooter driver had already left the scene. After a visit to the ER, all I wanted to do was focus on dealing with the pain and the healing process. I tried to file an insurance claim, but this wasn't as simple as I thought it would be. Then my son-in-law found Sally Morin's legal team and Rebecca reached out to me. Her direct, sincere, and professional style made me feel comfortable from our very first phone conversation. Over the past six months, she continued to be very caring, dependable, intelligent, personable, sharp, and very professional. She is very easy to communicate with and always helped me have peace of mind. In the end, she was able to help me obtain a settlement beyond my expectations. Although we never met in person, I feel we've known each other a long time, as if we were friends. I'm sure I would refer her to my friends if needed in the future.
