Tour Bus Collides With Multiple Vehicles Resulting In Injuries
On Saturday evening, a bus crash took place on the westbound Pomona Freeway in Diamond Bar that injured at least three people and snarled traffic for hours. The California Highway Patrol reported that multiple vehicles were involved, including a tour bus. As they gathered information at the scene, lanes 3 and 4 of the freeway were shut down so that passengers could get off the freeway, resulting in lengthy delays to commuters caught up in the temporary Traffic jam. A heavy-duty tow truck arrived to collect the bus amid video footage captured by those nearby through the Citizen app. Fortunately, all remaining lanes were reopened before 7:00 p.m., ensuring that people were able to continue on with their day’s travels.
