How Does Your Attorney Fee Work?
We work on a contingency fee basis.
What that means is that you’re never going to have to come out of pocket for anything related to your legal services in your case, so you don’t have to pay us a retainer upfront, you don’t have to pay us as we go along, we’re not working on an hourly basis where we bill you, and we front all costs associated with your cost so you don’t even have to come out of pocket for those. So you’re never going to end up owing us anything. Oh, and also, of course, we get paid out of the settlement.
You don’t have to write us a check for our fees.
We only get paid if we win and we get paid by the insurance company at the end of the case. You’re not going to end up owing us anything because we’ll negotiate a settlement that covers your personal injury attorney’s fees, your case costs, any out of pocket medical expenses, and then of course, we’re going to negotiate something so we have money left over for you to put in your pocket when all is said and done.
