Lauren Pietsch

Managing Attorney

Attorney Lauren Pietsch thrives in an environment where she can help the “little guy,” which is why she loves working with Sally Morin Professional Corporation. Prior to joining Sally’s team, Lauren worked in the public sector as well as provided direct representation to juvenile and adult criminal defendants inside and out of the courtroom. Lauren resided in San Francisco for close to 14 years but recently relocated back to Southern California to be close to family. Despite being a Southern California resident, she still has strong ties to San Francisco and spends a great deal of time in the Bay.

Lauren is passionate about helping our clients navigate the personal injury process so that they can focus on their recovery and getting back to their normal lives. Lauren is responsible for the overall case management of the firm, ensuring each case moves forward towards a quick and low-stress resolution for our clients. Given that Lauren is very familiar with both Northern and Southern California, she handles cases in both regions of the state.

Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Francisco State University in 2010. Lauren graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law in May 2014 and was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2014. When she is not a tough personal injury attorney fighting for the “little guy”, Lauren loves waterskiing, dancing, yoga, hanging out with friends and family and enjoys the occasional glass of Sauvignon Blanc.

What are you most proud of in your career?
Getting a $1.65 million settlement in one of my cases!

What’s one vital lesson you’d share with any client?
That it always pays to be over-insured.

What’s your favorite food?
Mexican food – I love it all, including the margaritas!

What’s the silliest thing you’ve ever done?
When I was on a work retreat in Mexico, my coworkers and I were all hanging out on the beach. I decided to go dip my toes in the water, so I casually started jogging towards the ocean (Baywatch style). All of the sudden, I lost my footing and face planted directly in the sand. I think myself and all my coworkers were laughing for at least 5 minutes straight!

If you weren’t in the legal field, what would you be doing?
I’m really into health and fitness, so if I wasn’t an attorney, I would likely be a personal trainer or yoga/pilates instructor!

What’s your personal motto or philosophy?
To live passionately, resist the mundane, and always strive for growth. When we become sedentary and too comfortable in our lives, we close ourselves off from the universe and all it has to offer us.
