Founder and Lead Attorney

You’ve been in an accident and you need a personal injury lawyer who understands you.

Adventurous individuals need an attorney who understands their passions and who can guide them through the complicated process of a personal injury case. Sally Morin is a driven and dedicated California personal injury attorney with a particular focus on serious bicycle, pedestrian, motorcycle and auto accident cases. Sally first got interested in personal injury law when her best friend was hit on her motorcycle in San Francisco by a motorist who ran a red light. Sally’s friend had no health insurance, no family support and was left unable to walk for several months. When her friend reached out for help, Sally realized there was a serious need for personal injury lawyers that normal everyday people could trust.

Sally is passionate about helping her clients get back on their feet after an accident. She uses a fast-paced and no-drama approach that achieves quick case resolution. This allows her clients to get back to their lives and leave a stressful event behind. Although Sally has handled over a dozen trials, what her clients love about working with her is her low-stress handling of their case, which allows them to focus on their families, their work and their fulfilling lives, not their legal case.

After gaining a wealth of personal injury experience with Millar & Associates APLC as an associate and of counsel attorney, Sally started her own firm in 2010 and immediately set out to achieve a great track record of financial recovery for her clients. Specifically, Sally recently handled a $4,250,000 scooter accident case, a million-dollar wrongful death case, a $700,000 pedestrian accident case, and a handful of $500,000 motorcycle and bicycle accident cases. In her early years, Sally handled a million-dollar pedestrian injury case against Yellow Cab in San Francisco, a half a million dollar motorcycle case against a commercial driver in San Francisco, a three-quarter of a million motor scooter case against a road construction company and a quarter of a million-dollar personal injury case against a Bay Area transportation company in Daly City.

When she is not advocating for her awesome clients or working on improving her law firm, Sally enjoys all types of adventure! Sally finds her peace in this crazy world by participating in high-intensity activities like surfing, rock climbing, dirt biking, urban cycling, hiking, and adventure travel with her family.

To save the planet. Why else?

What are you most proud of in your career?
Helping people who thought (or more likely hoped) they’d never need a lawyer in their lifetime to navigate through a really stressful situation to reach a great outcome.

What’s the best career decision you’ve ever made?
Starting my own law firm and building it with a team of powerful, intelligent women!

What’s your favorite movie?
Movies are my guilty pleasure and I’m not snobby about what I like. I really like a movie that makes me laugh! My favorite movie as a kid was Grease. Then it was The Breakfast Club. Then it was Legally Blonde, Mean Girls, and Baby Mama. I’m a big Tina Fey fan!

What scares you?
When I turn on my phone’s camera and it pops up in selfie mode.

Who do you admire most in the world?
My mom. With only a high school education, she pulled herself up by her bootstraps to build a business that supported our family. She taught me to work hard, be resourceful, and always see opportunities. Thanks, Mom!

What’s your personal motto or philosophy?
Life is a continual journey of self-improvement.
